Winter Happenings

It is all snowy and white everywhere now. Bad weather for driving, as evidenced by the car buangs that have happened to various people in my batch over this short period of time.

Shortly after the first snowfall, I was driving to Highlands. Due to the icy roads, I was unable to control the brakes and banged into the jeep in front of me at a traffic light on Traverwood. The jeep escaped with a dent in his rear bumper, while my hood, fender and bumper had to be replaced. Who knew, such incidents are pretty common. Heard that Tracie, Corwin and Yingyi had their cars banged into from the back at traffic lights too. 4 such incidents! Although, notice that out of the 4 accidents, I was the only culprit while the rest are victims. I am such a terrible driver. I think I have caused my car a lot of grief, despite only having it for 3 months. So, as a welcome back present from the body repair shop, I bought it a TomTom GPS!

On to better news… I managed an A+ for econ! =) Shall attribute this to my uber-cute gsi who provides more than sufficient incentive to go for section. <3
